CADA talks with dealers at ACE event
October 30, 2023
It was one of the biggest automotive events of the year, and the team from CADA 360 were on hand to meet dealer members and explain the various programs and how they could benefit dealers.
“It was a great event for us to talk with and hear from our dealer members,” said Cindy Robinson, CADA 360’s Director, Governance & Plan Management, CADA Employee Life Health Trust. “Our booth attracted lots of visitors. We had some great conversations at our booth about the program, and always like to hear dealer feedback.”
Robinson said the event gave CADA 360 team members a chance to reinforce the value of their programs. “In terms of how our programs benefit dealers, first and foremost, because it funds CADA’s advocacy work. I think that's a really important piece,” said Robinson. “But number two, I think it’s the best benefit program for dealers, designed by dealers — for dealers, and we constantly have them review the program to ensure that we're meeting the new and upcoming needs of dealers as things change.”
Robinson said the event is part of a broader effort to build brand awareness and to educate benefit administrators about the various CADA 360 programs. “We’re starting to develop webinars. We’re sending out a lot of communications to the benefit administrators, along with employee communication, for them to be able to educate their employees as the plan sponsor. We feel part of our responsibility is to provide the education piece.”
CADA 360 programs currently include Employee Benefits, Garage Insurance, HR Automation, Retirement Savings, Retirement Benefits, and Home and Auto insurance. “Dealerships don’t need to sign up for all the programs, they can pick and choose,” said Laurie D. Maher, CADA 360 Program Manager. “For their employee benefits program, for example, they can even design that. There's a lot of flexibility for them to design the program to what fits the needs of their individual dealership.”
