CADA Laureate finalists announced

Among industry awards, the CADA Laureate recognition award stands out from the crowd.

Candidates can’t self nominate, which means when a name is brought forward for consideration, it’s from a peer, industry colleague or OEM representative. After careful review, only 15 candidates' names are brought forward as finalists in three categories.

Then, from among these finalists, independent judges from the Ivey Business School, Western University pick the final three CADA Laureate winners. Having independent judges make the final selection ensures the integrity of the award.

“This process was designed so that only the top performers become finalists,” said Tim Reuss, CADA’s President and CEO. “This year’s 15 finalists are an outstanding group of dealers.”

Les finalistes Lauréat CADA sont dévoilés

Parmi tous les prix sectoriels, celui de Lauréat CADA se détache du lot.

Les candidats ne peuvent pas se mettre eux-mêmes en nomination, ce qui signifie que les personnes en lice ont été proposées par un confrère, un collègue ou un représentant d’un constructeur. Au terme d’un examen approfondi, seulement 15 candidats sont retenus comme finalistes dans trois catégories.

Ensuite, des juges indépendants de l’Ivey Business School de l’université Western sélectionnent les trois gagnants d’un prix Lauréat CADA parmi ces finalistes. Le recours à des juges indépendants assure l’intégrité de la sélection finale.

«Le processus a été conçu pour faire en sorte que seuls les meilleurs puissent devenir finalistes», a dit Tim Reuss, président et chef de la direction de la CADA. «Les 15 finalistes de cette année sont des concessionnaires exceptionnels.»
