2021 CADA Laureate winners announced
June 28, 2021
With the pandemic slowly ramping down, the CADA Laureate Dealer Recognition Program is back on track this year with the reveal of the 2021 award-winners.
“This is always an exciting time for CADA, iA Dealer Services, and for dealers across Canada,” said Tim Reuss, President and CEO, CADA, adding that “Today, we are pleased to officially announce the names of the 2021 CADA Laureates in a special video.”
The announcement, made in conjunction with the program’s exclusive sponsor iA Dealer Services, follows the unveiling of the 15 finalists on June 7.
The CADA Laureate award is the most prestigious recognition a dealer can receive over the course of his or her career. As part of the program, three individuals are recognized annually among more than 3,200 new car and truck dealers across the country.
However, only one dealer is selected per category: Ambassador Laureate, for extraordinary service to the community and the industry; Innovator Laureate, for initiatives that significantly enhance performance or broaden the scope of business for new car and truck dealers; and Retailer Laureate, for outstanding achievement within an individual dealership.
The nominations are assessed in a three-phase process, with the winners selected by independent judges from the Ivey Business School of Western University in London, ON.
Exclusive coverage will also be provided in Canadian auto dealer magazine, including interviews with the winning Laureates, and comments from the judges and the sponsor that will offer insight into why these dealers were selected.
