Deadline to complete DSI survey fast approaching

The deadline to fill out the 2018 CADA Dealer Satisfaction Index Survey (DSI) is fast approaching. Dealers should have received the access link on October 31 to complete the survey in time for December 4 — when it will no longer be available, according to Bonnie Wasser, CADA’s Industry Relations Manager.
“Dealers that did not receive the access link to complete the DSI survey, or that have questions concerning the survey, should contact us at email@example.com,” says Wasser. “We are available to ensure that dealers have the necessary information to complete the survey, which is considered to be a key diagnostic and tuning tool to help keep manufacturer and dealer operations working successfully.”
As it is the case every year, the higher the response rate — the more accurate and meaningful the data will be to both dealers and manufacturers. Wasser also reminds dealers that the 2018 survey includes new questions concerning dealer views about manufacturer certified pre-owned programs and dealer management systems. Dealers are also encouraged to complete the additional survey immediately following the DSI, regarding the future of automotive retailing. This important additional survey, which is unrelated to DSI, will help CADA capture the views of dealers to the widest extent possible, which will in turn help to paint an informed picture of what the future may hold.
