CADA 360 philosophy and objectives

To offer a sustainable employee benefits plan, cost-shared by participating dealers and their employees, that provides financial assistance for plan members and their dependents in the event of death, disability or medical/dental expenses.
To encourage plan members to take care of their health by making healthy lifestyle choices in addition to making use of their benefits program and to offer tools to help members manage their own health.
To manage the costs of the program on behalf of participating dealers, leveraging the purchasing power of the CADA 360, preventing waste, abuse and fraud and ensuring that vendor services are cost-effective, efficient and competitively priced.
To be an innovator in the delivery and design of sustainable employee benefits tailored for the needs of dealerships and their employees, today and tomorrow.

Offrir un régime d’avantages sociaux viable dont le coût est assumé par les concessionnaires participants et leurs employés, et qui fournit une assistance financière aux participants de régime et à leurs personnes à charge en cas de décès, d’invalidité ou de dépenses de soins médicaux ou dentaires.
Encourager les participants de régime à s’occuper de leur santé en faisant des choix de vie sains et à profiter des avantages fournis par leur régime; et offrir des outils pour aider les participants à prendre soin d’eux.
Gérer les coûts du régime au nom des concessionnaires participants; les faire profiter du pouvoir d’achat de CADA 360; prévenir le gaspillage, les abus et la fraude; et veiller à ce que les services fournis par des tiers soient rentables, efficaces et concurrentiels.
Innover au chapitre de la prestation et de la configuration de régimes d’avantages sociaux durables personnalisés en fonction des besoins des concessions et de leurs employés, et ce, pour le présent et pour l’avenir.
