Intellectual Property Rights
The Web Site is the property of the CADA. All other company names or trademarks mentioned herein are the trademarks of their respective owners.
The contents of the Web Site along with other informational materials provided by, through, or to CADA, such as text, publications, newsletters, articles, opinions, views, graphics, images, HTML code, multimedia clips, Java code, e-mail or internet links, and the selection and arrangement of information (the "Content"), are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws under both Canadian and foreign laws. Unauthorized use of the Content may violate copyright, trademark, patent and other laws. You must retain all copyright, trademark and other proprietary notices contained in the original Content on any copy you make of the Content.
Visitors to the Web Site or contributors to other CADA publications or informational resources may supply Content in certain situations, so long as the Content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable, and does not consist of or contain computer viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam" or unsolicited commercial electronic messages. If you use any account or Service, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, your password, your account and the Service, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, your password or the Service.

Conformance with Law
You agree that your use of the Services shall not violate any applicable local, national or international law, including but not limited to any regulations having the force of law. Some jurisdictions may have restrictions on the use of the Internet by their residents.

Choice of Law and Dispute Resolution
The laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein shall govern as to the interpretation, validity and effect of this agreement or any dispute between you and the CADA, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws or your domicile, residence or physical location. You hereby consent and submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario in any action or proceeding instituted under or related to this agreement or in relation to any dispute between you and the CADA. You further agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action.
